- Over 20 square feet of outdoor painted surface
Companies involved in this type of work should be registered with the EPA or an EPA-authorized state. One or more person on the actual job site must be a Certified Renovator, which is accomplished by getting the 8-hour Lead Renovator Initial Certification Training Course.
