Why EPA Lead Certification Training Course is essential?

EPA lead course is 8 hours in length and includes both training and certification. Renovation firms need to have at least one certified Renovator who has been certified by an authorized trainer (depending on your local state specifications).

Why is this workshop essential?

1. You may deal with charges of up to $37,500 each day that you are working on a renovation project in a building that was constructed before 1978.

2. The unfavorable health effects of lead dust can result in significant health conditions for adults and children. Appropriate training is the only solution to make sure that you are working as safe as possible.

3. Our Lead Renovator Workshop is an interactive, and collaborative learning experience which includes evaluation of real-world samples of best lead practices, hands-on demonstrations of how to properly use in-field equipment, supplementary reference elements for future use, ongoing phone/email support from your trainer, and more!

Certification exam as well as an EPA approved field manual are both offered with registration.

Companies involved in this type of work should be registered with the EPA or an EPA-authorized state. One or more person on the actual job site must be a Certified Renovator, which is accomplished by getting the 8-hour Lead Renovator Initial Certification Training Course. Renewal of this training course becomes necessary every 5 years by the EPA. Individuals certified in an EPA-authorized state may be required to renew prior every 5 years, so it is imperative to check with your state Lead Based Paint regulation training course for details.
